The world premiere of Image Nation Abu Dhabi and Haywire’s upcoming family comedy Al Eid Eiden was held yesterday evening at Warner Bros. World™ Yas Island – one of the film’s locations – with its cast and crew in attendance.

Among the stars of the film, Meera AlMidfa, Fahad Albutairi, and Shadi Alfons walked the red carpet with the talented Emirati team that led the production: award-winning director Maitha Alawadi, producer Rawia Abdullah and  Sara Al Sayegh who wrote the film.

During the premiere, attendees had the opportunity to enjoy an immersive screening experience of Al Eid Eiden, a heartwarming comedy that follows a young Saudi-Emirati family on holiday in Abu Dhabi. As their vacation takes an unexpected turn, laughter, chaos, and friendships ensue, as they bond together as a family.

The film features Emirati actress Meera AlMidfa (The Monster) as a mother trying to pursue her dreams while caring for her family; Saudi actor Fahad Albutairi (The Office, Alkhallat, From A to B, Rashid and Rajab) as a workaholic father learning to show his loving side; and Abdulmajeed Fahad, Layal Fahad, and Abdulmohsen Al Harbi as their energetic children: mischievous Ali, headstrong Mariam, and shy Mohammed. The film also stars Shadi Alfons (Ramy, Rashid & Rajab) and Hassan Rajab.

The film was primarily shot in Abu Dhabi, mainly featuring Yas Island, the UAE’s leading leisure and entertainment destination, including its main attractions such as The WB™ Abu Dhabi, the world’s first Warner Bros. themed hotel, and Yas Mall.

The film will be in cinemas on July 11^th across the UAE, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the wider Gulf.
