Majid Al Ansari named best Up and Coming Filmmaker, film wins for Best Edit and Content Capture

Zinzana won two awards and director Majid Al Ansari another on a hugely successful night at the Digital Studio Awards.

The psychological thriller had been shortlisted in five categories and took the spoils in the Best Edit and Best Content Capture Categories.

The man behind the movie, Majid Al Ansari, was named Best Up and Coming Filmmaker.

This adds to a host of accolades for both film and director.

The film has received widespread acclaim since its released in December last year, while Majid’s approach to directing the thriller recently saw him named Variety Magazine’s Arab Filmmaker of the Year Award.
